    Cross-tracker search doesn't have to always join on title semantic

    For historical reasons CrossTrackerTQLQueryDao::searchArtifactsIdsMatchingQuery is joining on title semantic for each search, even when no search on title is done.

    This behavior should be extracted and transfered to search on @title.

    This should have a small performance gain as unless join will be removed.
