    PHPWiki end of life

    PHPWiki has been marked as end of life in our deployment guide since years.

    It's a massive amount of code that has not evolved since 15 years and there are functional alternatives.

    Plan regarding PHPWiki:

    1. prevent new installations (no new projects should have PHPWiki)
    2. identify which platforms have used phpwiki
    3. inform users about deprecation and removal (so they can start using something else)
    4. identify migration path if any
    5. if migration is possible, do it
    6. remove phpwiki
