    Harmonization of webhook and Workflow CI post-action features

    • Addition of a label to define the user information message • Option to include or exclude an information message (webhook without message while CI post-actions with message) • Option to pause • Configuration via API (for both) • Open post-actions to other CI tools besides Jenkins (e.g., GitLab pipelines) • Ability to choose the information transmitted: o Full payload (default payload) o Medium payload (complete without tracker) o Light payload (medium without previous) o Ultra-light payload (JSON CI requests) • Option to include or exclude the execution of webhooks and CI post-actions in massiv artifact updates (or list of users not triggering webhooks or CI post-actions → non-activatedByUsers)
