    Update archivedeleteditems plugin README to reflect actual capabilities

    The README.txt currently states that the plugin only handles FRS and Docman files.

    However, the plugin actually supports archiving for multiple other Tuleap components:

    • Git repositories
    • SVN repositories
    • etc.

    The README should be updated to accurately describe the plugin as a generic archiving system for deleted items across Tuleap, not just FRS and Docman files.
