It is currently impossible to move an artifact from the backlog to a release if the release is not visible on screen ("below the fold"). The drag-and-drop action does not trigger the page to auto-scroll.

This makes the action very difficult, or impossible, for users without a scroll-wheel mouse, such as those using a trackpad.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Backlog view of a project.
2. Ensure you have enough releases so that some are off-screen and require scrolling to be seen.
3. Grab an artifact from the main backlog section at the top.
4. Try to drag it to the bottom edge of the viewport to reach a non-visible release.
