    The issue was coming from a bug in Tuleap. This bug made impossible the partial update of Tuleap artifacts. It has been fixed by Enalean. Tested with Mylyn Connector for Tuleap 1.1.2 and Tuleap 6.5.99.54

    @devs: see what happens with a breakpoint in the TuleapTaskAttachmentHandler#postAttachement, the issue may come from TuleapSoapConnector.uploadAttachment(...). Check for exception thrown by the server when the attachement is sent.
