    Many users complain that the path to delete an artifact is not obvious. This was on purpose, since the deletion of artifact should be avoided whenever possible if we want to keep traceability. Nevertheless admin can limit/deactivate the deletion so let's improve UX by moving artifact deletion closer to the artifact itself.

    The default limit is now 5 instead of 0, so that users know that it is possible to delete artifacts.
