In some conditions, a user (even project administrator of a the project) cannot view (and edit) an artifact: fields are partially displayed.

Let's consider two projects P1 and P2. Let's consider two users U1 and U2. U1 is project administrator of P1 (and not member of P2). U2 is member of P2 and P1. U2 set a reference of type Parent of from an artifact A2 of P2 to an artifact A1 of P1. U1 can only see fields of A1 that have Read Only permissions for all_users or registered_users groups. Others fields are missing.

If U1 is member of P2, there is no problem.

It seems that there is also an impact on promoted trackers. When viewing artifacts like A1, some promoted trackers are also missing.

This issue is blocking for us. No workaround found.
