    Allow to install MW Standalone on a DB not supporting MyISAM engine

    This already implemented in request #29259 but the patch was incorrectly removed in git #tuleap/stable/cd0b27e90853cb7e508873e6033d575c5e1765d2. The patch should have been adjusted instead.

    This patch is needed because some environment does not allow to create MyISAM table (namely Azure DB). Upstream does not use an InnoDB table for that because they still support MySQL versions not allowing to have full text index on a InnoDB table.
