    Import of agile template leads to 2 binds for list fields
    Steps:
    #1. Import https://tuleap.net/plugins/docman/?group_id=101&action=show&id=438
    #2. Go to Task tracker (or any tracker), identify the assigned to field id
    #3. Go in DB, for this field both tracker_field_list_bind_static and tracker_field_list_bind_users are filled for this field_id while only the later should
