    Allow the addition of synchronous program execution after an artifact update

    Currently, webhooks and Tuleap functions enable asynchronous execution of programs following the creation or update of an artifact. For certain use cases, it would be beneficial to allow the addition of synchronous execution of programs, so that updates to the relevant artifacts can be visualized directly.
