The end-to-end test of the drag-and-drop feature for the Sprint planning app is flaky. It need to create 2 user stories for its setup data, but for unknown reasons, it sometimes creates the second user story in the Sprint 1, instead of the release backlog. Or maybe it drags and drops the User Story 2, when it should be moving a task.

It should be more reliable and do what we expect: create the User Story 2 in the backlog, and then move User Story 1 in Sprint 1.
