Have a document with an active approval table where you are reviewer. In your personal dashboard add Document under review widget. Click on the document id => you are redirected to the correct page but there is a warning Your link is not anymore valid: accessing element via the old interface is not supported.

This is not blocking but this means that the widget still build the legacy url.
