be warned if the artifact has been modified while I'm editing it
I am warned that someone has modified the artifact I am going to update and I can avoid to answer simultaneously with another user.
- At submission of the artifact, a warning message is displayed on the page indicating the artifact has already been updated
- I can close this warning message
- The warning message indicates the diff
- If I click again on "Submit", I can still update the artifact.
