    Merge all gitolite updates during process_system_event
    When process_system_event is run, if there are several GIT_REPO_UPDATE events, they are consumed one after another.

    If might be very long to process if there are a lot of modifications (ie. I create 30 repositories and the process takes 1mn to complete, it will take 30mn).
