    Filtering of data in getArtifacts() SOAP Call
    I have a tracker which has the "Submitted By" field.
    When I use the criteria in the SOAP call for getArtifacts() and use the "Submitted By" field to filter the data, no filtering occurs.

    I would have to manually re-iterate through the data to filter out on a per user basis.
