I have not to give siteadmin rights to users who only validate projects (with SOAP::addProject() for instance or with UI.
- Add a specific page accessible by "Administration" page to delegate rights to users
- If I'm a user with "validation" rights, I have access to widget "Users, Projects, News" which lets me only the possibility to validate projects
- For SOAP::addProject(), user must be superadmin or user with "validation rights" to use it.
- Restricted user can't be chosen as project validator
