I know in which project I am
- project admin can uplaod two icons (a big one and a small one) for each project
- icons are displayed in the sidebar (big one if the sidebar is expanded, small one if it's collapsed) or in the navbar
- uploaded files are checked (type, size etc) to avoid security problem
- icons are reachable by Apache so that they can be included in less files
