Cross-projects artefacts reports based on semantic
Tuleap is cruelly missing a way to get a cross-projects artefacts view for global supervision or PMO(Project management Office) considerations.
A project director really need to have a cross project artefacts view.

Hi Nicolas, that's it PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

This is THE missing feature and it will be really usefull to have a cross projects trackers view !

Helpdesk and R&D Burndown first for me !

    Hi Patrick,

Unfortunately, nobody funded it yet. We, at Enalean, made some experiments though: https://www.enalean.com/en/hackaton-portfolio-managment

    Hi.

This feature is really missing. This request is opened since 2 years now ? What about it ?

    Hi Nicolas,

the typically use case is very common: an organization with many project managers and a project director. This is how my organisation works.

It is easy to imagine that a project manager wants to track its own artefacts and that the director want to track all his project managers artefacts without having to open each project individually. Even the project manager himself may have the same need: viewing all his artefacts ordered by due date or criticity without having to open each project individually.

At the time I don't think Tuleap offers this feature. And my organization (CG13) doesn't want me to choose Tuleap because of this lack.

    Hi Eric,

You are not the first one to ask for this feature. However there is no plan yet for this as there are other topic with higher priorities.

Anyway you can share here your use cases in order to better understand your context in the event that this becomes hot topic.

Pro-tip: you can contact us in order to get things done faster.

    Regards,
    Nicolas Terray

I think one implementation of the exposed problem could be to upgrade the tracker plugin so it could display the whole sub-projects artefacts.
The way we could manage to get a supervision view of several projects would be to create a father project with the "Project hierarchy" feature.
