I can have a dedicated mediawiki support team with a full access to all the platform mediawikis
- User with mw admin rights have access to all mediawiki (of public or private projects) with bureaucrat rights
- If one remove mw admin rights, we have to catch that event in order to remove him from the mediawikis databases.
- Restricted users can't be attributed this admin right
