    GET /artifacts/:id/changesets should have option to retrieve only comments
    GET /artifacts/:id/changesets returns all the changesets of an artifact,
    which is a lot of data.
    We use this API to just retrieve comments attached to the ticket so a parameter
    ?fields=comment (for instance) would be useful to reduce bandwidth.
