    Can't change language after copy my custom
    I copy the directories /usr/share/codendi/site-content/fr_FR/ into
    /etc/codendi/site-content/ and /usr/share/codendi/src/www/themes/Tuleap and common into /etc/codendi/themes to keep my custom after a release.
    But when I do it, the parameter that permit us to put French or English in Preferences has disappeared.
