    Lack of information in history for permissions on artifact field.
    When I uncheck the "[x] Restrict access to this artifact for the following user groups", the information is not stored in the artifact history.

    This prevents xml import of value for this field (story #5993).

    Tested in Tuleap 9.4, the uncheck in TV5 is correctly stored: "Permissions on Artifact cleared"
