    Ability to easily reference a user (@mentions)
    When I write an answer to a follow-up comment, I would love to be able to mention the author or anyone else involved in the discussion. This extends the Tuleap internal reference mechanism (art #XXX) with another pattern (@USER) – the same as popular social networks.

    This involves two things:
    1. The ability to select a user as-you-type
    2. Transform all @USER matches in clickable links (redirect to /users/USER)
