The feature that enable email notification for project administrators when a given user is suspended after LDAP daily synchro does not check what LDAP property has been modified.
The current behaviour trigger email notification to project administrators each time an LDAP attribute of the user is modified (real name, email, etc...).

Within LDAP_DirectorySynchronization::ldapSync() method, at line 98, we only check that the boolean var "modified" is True before triggering notification and flag user at DB side in order to be "Deleted" by the automatic cleanup process after the a periode defined at plugin conf...
