    Deleting an artifact leaves stale entries
    A user has reported an error which we have replicated in testing.

    Hi,
    I deleted Epic and release tracker earlier. Now I am trying to add them both back from the scrum template but I see there are several stale entires from the previous trackers and the new ones are not working as expected. Is there a way to retain the old setting or extract the data and move to new project space?

    ----

    It seems that despite deleting an artifact, we still see traces of the previous sticking around. What can we do to resolve this?

    Hi Sandra,

    That's pretty much it yeah. Basically the process is this -

    User creates a new project with an 'Epics' tracker (or whatever, but in this case 'epics' is used).
    User creates new artifacts in the tracker
    User deletes the Epics tracker
    User creates a new tracker in the project named 'Epics'
    User goes to create new artifacts again - but the Epics tracker has a bunch of entries in it already.

    I think that's the full explanation. I can get more info from the user though if necessary.

    I am not sure to understand how to reproduce it.
    Here is what I understood:
    - You had a previous tracker "Epic" for instance with artifacts
    - You deleted it
    - You recreated it and the old artifacts reappear

    Were the incrimated trackers used the Agile Dashboard?
