I avoid potential race-conditions on concurrent git push (that might corrupt manifest file)
- All grokmanifest updates are queued
- A new dedicated queue is created to avoid dependency on long time running git events.
- All manifests updates should be consumed "all at once" (as for git repo updates/delete/...)
