    TV5 copy generates a weird warnings

    If I have an artifact (tv5), with the field attachment present in the form but empty, when I copy it I get the following message in follow-up comments of the new artifact:

    [warning] [XML import][tv3 #121338] Skipped invalid value for field attachmente: No valid attachment found
    La copie de campaign #121338 est terminée.

    3 issues:

    1. No attachement should not mean invalid value
    2. Why the reference to tv3 ?
    3. Mixed locales

    After testing on the last Tuleap version (8.9.99.27), this warning is no more raised.

    I close this issue that seems to be resolved.
