    The widget TwitterFollow doesn't work anymore
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Go to your personal page (<tuleap_url>/my/)
    2. Add the widget Twitter Follow to follow an existing user, EnaleanTeam for example
    3. Nothing is displayed in the widget

    Reason:
    The Twitter REST API v1 is no longer accessible. To get the same data, the API endpoint is now: https://dev.twitter.com/rest/reference/get/statuses/user_timeline
