    hi,

    I have an issue with the service "web site". When I try to open the page: mytuleapserver/www/myproject I have an error 404 not found instead of the default page.

    Where did you see projectname.tuleap.example.com is an alias of tuleap.example.com/www/project? This is not what the default Apache configuration provided with Tuleap is set for, see https://tuleap.net/plugins/git/tuleap/tuleap/stable?p=tuleap%2Fstable.git&a=blob&h=2ac1edab5634f44a954f2471cd552cd1170a8796&hb=015f2195875957a1c46d071a5b26ad7b52c3026d&f=src/etc/httpd.conf.rhel6.dist#l1076 .

    I guess that in your case MytuleapServer is resolved by your local resolver, so you just need to add a CNAME entry to make projectname.MytuleapServer resolved as MytuleapServer.
