- Tracker admin can specify a unity in the initial effort part of the semantic administration (default value: "pts", max length: 4)
- /backlog_items/:id returns the "initial_effort_unity" field alongside "initial_effort" value
- In the planning v2, the unity is shown and is no more internationalized
