    Duplicate ticket creation
    Hi,
    While i am trying to create new ticket,It would take more time so what i tried to refresh the page that time two ticket was created.Both ticket having same content

    Details:
    Total number of ticket in that Tracker :36700
    Tuleap version : 7.1.99.16

    Anyone can provide enough details?
