I can decouple email sending service from other parts of tuleap
  • New REST end point (see parent epic)
  • New user forge__sendmail
  • New global permissions SEND_MAIL
  • The user + group + perms are automatically created (unlike grokmirror manual config)
  • To be able to test, I can set a password for forge__sendmail (only hashed in DB, no clear storage)
  • Ideally there is a way to hook sendmail (or fake implemenation of sendmail) to add integrated test
