    Required text field with HTML status should not be empty in artifact modal

    Given a required text field in my tracker,
    When I choose the "HTML" format for it and I leave it empty
    Then I can submit the modal. It should instead prevent me from submitting because the text field is empty and required.
    It only happens when the text field's format is "HTML", not when it is "Text"
