    As a tracker admin, I can't mass change a field if "can submit" is not checked
    The mass change is working only for fields having "can submit" checked in "Fields Permissions".

    When you remove the "can submit" for a field, it is no longer displayed in mass change screen.

    This behavior is not correct since the mass change is considered as an update and not as a new submit.

    This is available in Tuleap 8.8.99.30 and will be part of 8.9.
