I don't have to click on the toggle each time I edit a tracker
  • new preference in "My account" (either text / html)
  • change in artifact view
    • Textarea & Follow-up
  • change in angular modal
    • Textarea & Follow-up
  • tracker v3 provided as best effort (ie. will be done if not to complex to add)

By default the new preference would be to edit in HTML
