    Tracker v3 to v5 migration: Special characters are modified
    After the migration from a tracker v3 to v5 at the same platform in the same project the ">" is modified to ">" in a field.

    It occured on Text Field and Text Area values, the one got in "artifact_field_value" table from db, that is to say not on summary and original submission fields.
