    Strength migration to Gerrit

    When a repository is pushed to gerrit, sometime the migration fails (refused by gerrit because the repository is corrupted or alike). Tuleap should better manage that:

    • The users should be aware that there is a migration on going
    • When an error happens the requester should be aware of the issue
    • The repository (Tuleap side) must state clearly the stage of the migration (queued, running, error, done)
    • Tuleap repository should protect itself from aggressive replication if an error occur

    Also, the message displayed in the access control is not accurate and the permission display, too.

    I just tested, and seems to be ok, thank you (need to do some more test with the team).

    Just one point:
    Is it possible to emphasis more the error message on the repository interface by adding: "please do not use the Gerrit repository, it may have been badly migrated. It’s recommended to contact the support channel …"
