    tv5->tv5 migration: empty value at migration when field attachment in tracker

    Here is the way to reproduce it.

    1. In tv5 source containing an attachement field, I add a value to a field "Field Name". It must be my last changeset.
    2. I migrate this tv5 in another project, the field "Field Name" is empty
