    Default style for comments editor in modale

    Since Tuleap 8.11, users may choose between "Text" and "HTML" as default format for trackers' text fields, but the comments editor in Kanban's modale still uses HTML format by default, no matter what the user chose in the My Account preferences.

    Given I had not set any preference over text formats, when I open the artifact modal, then I get an empty selectbox causing errors when I try to submit the artifact.

    If fact, in V8.13, the comment in model seems to be Text wathever the choice of the user.
