Migrate from Less to Sass
I'm able to use all the new shiny frameworks and take advantages of the active Sass community.
  • All Less files in Tuleap sources (core and external packages) are converted to SCSS files
  • Tuleap developers have tools to build SCSS file
  • The Bootstrap 2 for Tuleap sources are moved to an external repo and only the resulting CSS file is kept in Tuleap sources. We should still be able to rebuild the Bootstrap 2 sources in the external repo
  • All converted Less files should follow Sass standard convention (partials are managed in a different than in Less…)
