    Do not use underscore in Tuleap dev hostname
    Using of underscore in hostname (tuleap_web_1.tuleap-aio-dev.docker) brings issues:
    * it breaks HTMLPurifier (see issues with links)
    * it prevents use to test under IE11

    We should not let docker generate names for us.
