We have confirmed that the issue is the one described in the CentOS bug #10930. It only happen when your CPU does not have the AVX instruction set.

The issue is not due to Tuleap and must fixed upstream so can we close this request?

It appears to be related to the curl library. If you issue :

curl https://google.com

you will get a nasty "Illegal instruction"
