    SOAP V5 - updateArtifactRequest - comment_format always '1' in database (column body_format)
    When using updateArtifactRequest with SOAP V5 API, the comment format is always stored in database with value '1' instead of 'text' or 'html'.

    Detected in version 8.12.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reporting the issue but SOAP for tracker v5 is deprecated, you should use REST api that is both supported, tested and much more complete: https://tuleap.net/api/explorer/
