    Migrated Tuleap user to LDAP one must choose her timezone at every login and get an error message
    A Tuleap user is "migrated" to an LDAP one.
    At first login as LDAP user, the user is directed to a "welcome" page where he can change his timezone.
    If the user does not change the timezone, then an error message is displayed, the login_confirmation_date from plugin_ldap_user table is not updated and the user can't access to Tuleap.
