    Tuleap IM plugin activation makes account page blank
    I am using tuleap 8.16.99. I have installed IM plugin and also configured the openfire jabber server. When i activate plugin in admin console, it makes the user account page to be blank. When IM plugin is deactivated, account page shows up. sys log shows no error.

    i have placed jabbex_conf.xml file at the required location in etc folder. The account page is now accessible. Now when i go to plugin administration page at https://example.com/plugins/IM/, it gives following error:

    WARNING: If you synchronize one or several groups here, you will have to restart the Openfire server by executing "service openfire restart" as root in a shell window. This will interrupt all ongoing chat sessions!

    A patch is under review gerrit #6277.

    For the root cause, the configuration file of jabber is not find in your server.

    Can you verify that your jabbex_conf.xml is accessible ?
