    "Admin gerrit servers" Page fails to render if HTTP Port is NULL
    Attempting to add a gerrit server, I entered a value in the "Host:" field and left all other fields empty. The form was accepted and stored into plugin_git_remote_servers. However, attempting to return to the page left it blank with no apparent ability to recover. Manually setting the http_port column in the table allows the page to render correctly. Running version 8.19 from docker image.
