    Burndown always ask cache generation
    When user timezone is different than server timezone
    it should not lead to a burndown always asking its generation.

    To reproduce:
    - given a user with a timezone different from server timezone
    - create a artifact with a burdown for today date and with a duration
    - burndown should display correctly
    - update artifact and keep today date
    - burndown should display correctly
