    Quirk in editing front page news items
    Editing a "News" item that has been submitted to the front page requires an Admin to open the News item specifically from the Approved News section and making changes as needed then rejecting the article then re-approving it.

    I observe that a piece of news promoted on the site homepage can be edited in the originating project, which has it automatically unpublished and placed in the News approval queue for Site admin again.
    So I guess the current request has become obsolete.
