The topics shown by clicking the "Projects" menu from the top menu bar and then selecting "Browse All Projects" aren't meaningful and you can't add projects to them. I can create a category, but when trying to assign a project to it, there is nothing displayed in the drop-down. I have also tried creating sub-categories, but I can't assign anything to them either. Also, after creating these custom categories, I can only deleted sub-categories; I am unable to delete root categories even though nothing has been assigned under it.
